Fun Run short briefing before warm up exercises

Please advise all participants to hydrate themselves few days before the Fun Run.
Make sure that you dont have an empty stomach before Gunstart but it is not advisable to eat heavy before the run.
Everyone  should participate in the warm up exercises for proper body conditioning before running.
Not a race, we run because we just want to have fun and experience the joy of participating a sport event.
There are first aid stations along the route where anyone in need will be immediately attended.
We run for plain fun so if anyone of you feel some sort of discomfort, let anyone know about your condition and just walk at your convenience.
You may also opt not to proceed if your condition call for it.
There are water stations too where you can cast your thirst away.
There are Run Tokens to be given away after crossing the 2Km marker. You may ask for it from any Marshall standing by at the area.
Afdter the run, please proceed to thje School Assembly Hall to claim another run token from SMAPTA members assigned that will be used to celebrate the conclusion of a successful Fun Run.
There is a photobooth too where you can have some souvenir photos with your classmates, friends or even your parents.
